At Talk Dirty Co, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Not happy with your first box?
If your first box isn't working for you, email us at hello@talkdirtyco.com with your order number and tell us what's going on. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's tips to get better results or another solution that suits your situation.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@talkdirtyco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Change of mind
Due to the nature of household and personal products, we can't accept returns of opened or used items, and we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please review the product information carefully before placing your order.
Free gifts
Free gifts, such as a bonus Dirty Little Laundry Bag included with a promotion, are not eligible for return, exchange or refund as a standalone item.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Pre-orders
From time to time we may offer new products on pre-order. If you place a pre-order:
- Payment is taken when you place your order.
- The expected dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page. It's an estimate and may change due to manufacturing or shipping delays. If it changes, we'll keep you updated by email.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order may be sent together once the pre-order items are ready.
- Because pre-order stock is made in limited quantities and reserved for you, we're unable to accept cancellations or changes once your order has been placed, except where required by law.
- If for any reason we're unable to fulfil your pre-order, we'll contact you and give you a full refund.
