Refund & Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order orders
Talk Dirty Co is currently accepting pre-orders for our Fragrance Free Laundry Detergent Sheets. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your place in our first production run. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
Our first batch is expected to arrive and dispatch in early June 2026. We'll send you a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your pre-order (for example, due to a manufacturing delay beyond our control), we will contact you directly and offer a full refund.
Change of mind — pre-orders
Because pre-orders are produced in limited quantities and your spot is reserved specifically for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.

Change of mind — dispatched orders
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. We're a small, founder-run business and truly appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@talkdirtyco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it out straight away.
Free Dirty Little Laundry Bag
The free laundry bag is available while stocks last (limited to 100). It is a bonus gift and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund as a standalone item.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Due to the nature of household and personal products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please review product information carefully before placing your order.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
