Cancellation policy
Our subscriptions are offered at a discounted rate in exchange for a minimum number of deliveries.
By choosing a subscription, you agree to receive and pay for the minimum number of deliveries for your chosen frequency before cancelling or pausing your subscription:
- Every month: minimum of 3 deliveries
- Every 2 months: minimum of 2 deliveries
- Every 3 months: minimum of 2 deliveries
Your first subscription order counts as delivery number 1. For example, if you choose delivery every 2 months, you can cancel once your second order has been processed.
You can skip a delivery at any time, including during your minimum term.
Once your minimum has been reached, you can cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us at hello@talkdirtyco.com.
If an order has already been processed, packed or shipped, any changes will apply to your next scheduled order.
