Will these actually clean as well as liquid or powder?
Yes. Our sheets are ultra-concentrated and powered by four enzymes to tackle everyday dirt, sweat, food, grease and odours. No bulky bottle required.
Are they actually good for sensitive skin?
That’s exactly why we created them. Our fragrance-free formula is made without dyes, SLS, SLES, parabens, phthalates or optical brighteners, and is gentle enough for the whole family.
Can I use them on wool or silk?
We'd skip it. Our sheets use enzymes to break down protein stains, and wool and silk are protein fibres, so over time the enzymes can be tough on them. Most wool and silk pieces say hand wash anyway, so for those, stick with a gentle wool wash and save the sheets for everything else.
What makes Talk Dirty Co different from other laundry sheets?
We didn’t create these because we thought laundry sheets were trendy. We created them because we wanted a detergent we felt good about using on our own kids' clothes. They're fragrance-free, powered by four enzymes and made with only the ingredients needed to get the job done. The plastic-free box and tiny laundry footprint? Very good bonuses.
Do they dissolve in cold water?
Yep. Our sheets are designed to dissolve completely in cold water, so there’s no need to switch to a hot wash just because you’ve switched detergent.
Can I use them in a front loader or top loader?
Yep. Front loader, top loader — they’re made for both. Just pop them in the drum.
Are your sheets plastic-free?
Yes. Our sheets contain no PVA, and they come in a recyclable FSC cardboard box, no giant plastic detergent bottle hanging around your laundry.
How fast will my order ship?
Fast. Every order is packed and posted from Adelaide. Order on a business day and it usually goes out the same day. Late in the day orders go out the next business day, and weekend orders ship on Monday.
What if I don't love them?
Then we want to hear about it. Not happy with your first box? Message us and we'll make it right. We're a small Aussie family business, so you'll hear back from a real person, not a robot.
Where are they made?
Our sheets are made to our own formula by our manufacturing partner in China. We haven't been able to find anyone in Australia who makes laundry detergent sheets at commercial scale. Every order is packed and posted from Adelaide.
